I reinstalled vista today.... The activation wouldnt wrk so i had to call them..... man i was on phone like 20 min just to get it.... they thought i was trying to put in on another computer..... i just wanted freash install no Hp/Compaq installed junk... it loads so much faster y do computer companys do that load 10gb of junk on my pc brand new..... man i want a MAC.... they drive me nuts..... other than that my drivers for my laptop are like 600mb download...... been workin gon this since last night.... what every happened to the good ol' days where u could reinstall windows put ur drivers on update and ur good to go.... so much stuff to do in order to get it in working order..... this is totally nuts... the average computer person would have given up by now on this..... i almost did and poped in my recovery disk i made before i started this whole thing..... i know reinstalling OS X is way simpler... I used OS 9 and installed it on my old imac when i had it and it took like an hour and bam i was good to go.... Thats one thing Microsux needs to wrk on...... most of my drivers are built in BUT!!! my video and chipsets..... they are like 300mb each..... Sorry for the rant!!
